Planters over structure sit on membranes that a spade will find. We work them with hand tools, and report any suspected damage immediately.

These only work if their filtration media stays intact. Hand weeding only, inlets kept clear, and no chemical applied into or draining toward them.

Floor wastes, spoon drains and kerb breaks are cleared as a programmed task every visit — not noticed after a storm.
