Paragon Contractors is an engineer-led integrated services company in Victoria. We operate, maintain and build the assets our clients rely on, bringing facility management, construction, civil and site services together under one accountable contract.
We work for government, housing providers, commercial owners, builders and infrastructure operators. Our programs range from scheduled maintenance on a single building to multi-site contracts and construction packages, and they are built to grow as our clients' needs change.
Behind every contract is a team of engineers, qualified trades and licensed operators, supported by established strategic partners for specialist works. Each task is handled by people trained and qualified to do it, to the same standard across every service and every site.
The result is one partner for the whole asset, backed by the systems, safety and reporting a professional client expects.
Paragon is led with a civil and infrastructure engineering background, and that shapes how we manage property.
A modern building or landscape is a built asset — structures and surfaces that wear, drainage that can fail quietly, systems that need to keep working. We approach a site the way an engineer does: understand how it functions, plan the work around that, and report issues in terms an owner or asset manager can act on, not just note that something looks wrong.
It's the same discipline applied to every service we deliver — measured, methodical, and accountable. We deliver our core services directly and bring in established strategic partners for specialist work, but the responsibility for the whole property always stays with us.
